Comment: Well, needless to say, it's a dry topic, but the book does a good job of trying to lower the dullness by speaking in very plain English and making it a colorful, picture filled text. The primary shortcoming of this book isn't so much the book itself, but the activity kit that corresponds with it. The shortcoming of it being that it does not tell you when things can be disposed of, so by the end of the semester, you are using "records" you used at the beginning of the semester with a thousand pieces of paper cluttering your way. I can give them some points for effort regarding efficiency, but they really need to include information that lets you declutter your space. Additionally, as a word of caution, for those of you purchasing this book, make sure you are getting everything you need. This book can come individually, but often, at least for the class I took, you were required to get the above-stated activity package as well as a Blackboard Access Card (For those of us who do online courses.)
