Customer Rating: Summary: Necessity for Blackberry Comment: Many of us don't find Blackberry's user friendly or intuitive. This six-page publication has helped immensely.
Customer Rating: Summary: I hoped for pictures of status ICONS which are not in the manual. Comment: I bought this quick reference because this is my first Blackberry device and several co-workers have used them for a long time yet they could not explain certain status ICONS (they did not know what they mean either). This guide did not have them identified, it is just a short version of the manual which is not very helpfull.
