Comment: I ordered several for my staff who are primarily non-tech people. All have been able to report that they are using the bluetooth device in their car and report very good sound quality and ease of access. the supplier sent the devices timely and all-in-all, I believe these were an excellent value and a very potential safety device for my employees while traveling.

Summary: Only one flaw.
Comment: Works very well, and although I am hard of hearing I have no problem conversing with people using it, with or without my hearing aids (adjusting volume accordingly). As far as I'm concerned, the only flaw with this is that the speaker has come off its clip on more than one occasion. I'm delighted to see the low price here - I paid much more for it via my cellphone provider last year - because mine vanished somewhere in my car after falling the clip this past weekend and I may end up having to buy a new one!

Summary: Don't waste your money
Comment: I bought this unit about four months ago -- my first in-car bluetooth device. Since California mandates hands-free phoning, I needed one (I don't care for the earpiece units), although I don't use it often. Well, it worked OK the first few times I used it, although the sound quality was minimal. Lately it has stopped functioning as it should -- when you push the "call" button, it shuts the unit off! Motorola has been of no help whatsoever. My recommendation: spend a little more and get a better unit.
