Comment: I am very happy with the overall quality, sound, function of this phone system. I do wish the talk and end buttons were larger and illuminated, but fortunately you can get around this by setting the phone on auto answer when you pick it up (or it will answer if you push any button) so as to minimize fumbling in the dark. I also wish the handsets were a bit more stable in the charger, they do seem to tip over more than I would like. I also wish the phone book would store more numbers, but 50 does seem average. A few changes and it would be super.

Comment: I purchased this additional panasonic cordless handset from 6avenue electronics through Amazon as I have the base unit and 1 handset already. I had to send it back the first time because it would disconnect my calls each time I used it, especially if it was a long call. I received the replacement and it happened over and over again. I called Panasonic and they could not help me, so I finally returned it for a refund. My base and other handset are fine and I love the phone, just did not have any luck with this one!

Comment: I bought a Panasonic KX-TG9344PK DECT 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Phone System for my home. I liked the system so much that I decided to add two extra handsets of this model to the system, and they fit right in with no problem. I'd recommend this product to go along with the phone system.

Comment: I use Optimum Voice and their voice mail. This unit doesn't blink the light on the handset when their is a message waiting. Panasonic says to send it back for repair/replacement.
Othewrwise the voice quality works well.
